Email RESUME to Marietta Arroyo, Genesis Staffing Services Recruiter @ Marietta.Arroyo@genesishcc.com or fax to 610-347-4790 As a Registered Nurse / RN at Genesis HealthCare, you will: * Use your physical assessment skills and mastery of fine nursing principles to manage a range of post acute-care and rehabilitation patients * Develop and implement individualized care plans for your patients * Assist with orientation and supervision of nursing staff *attend to the daily operations of the unit on a per shift , unit level and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role. *Takes an active role in direct customer assessment and care *Administers medication &/or treatment & documentation of same to customers *Responsible for clinical documentation related to customer activity. *Assists in developing & implementing customer care plan & nursing care plan *Counts & records class drugs at start and end of shift *Communicates pertinent data to charge nurse, supervisor &/or physician *Provides emotional and physical comfort and safety to customers *Assists physician in rounds and examination of customers as needed. *Supervises and coordinates nursing personnel in providing direct customer care in adherence to state, federal & corporate guidelines *Enhances education by attending all mandated in-service programs *Puts customer service first. Ensures that customers and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual's needs and rights *Performs other duties as requested. Qualifications:
