Pridestaff needs motivated / dependable Customer Service Representatives - Customer Service - Collections Representatives - Collectors to work in an office environment making outbound calls to consumers with UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL!!!
As a Customer Service Representative - Customer Service - Collections Representative - Collector, you'll contact consumers to negotiate payment arrangements and perform skip-tracing to locate the consumers.
Specific job duties for Customer Service Representatives - Customer Service - Collections Representatives - Collectors are:
Use various skip tracing techniques to locate consumers
Negotiate payment terms / methods when consumers reached
Ask consumers questions to understand their payment objections
Overcome objections and suggest funding sources for debt payment
