The Manager, Digital Optimization will be an integral part of the digital optimization and strategy team responsible for identifying and executing the digital optimization strategy across Wyndham Hotel Group's consumer- and franchisee-facing web properties, including desktop, tablet, mobile web and mobile app.

The role will assist in managing a best in-class testing program, transforming and improving customer experiences to increase conversion, revenue and brand engagement. The ideal candidate will be comfortable partnering with key stakeholders cross-functionally to identify and implement A/B and multivariate tests across our platforms, and be able to see them through design, execution and analysis.

Responsibilities

Work alongside the Director, Digital Optimization & Strategy to partner with eCommerce, Brand Marketing, Worldwide Loyalty and Customer Engagement, IT, and third-party vendors to design and implement A/B and multivariate tests.

Proactively identify and implement new opportunities for testing across all customer-facing channels including desktop, mobile web, app, tablet, etc.

Serve as the primary owner of our self-serve testing tool, developing smaller scope tests (such as landing page and CTA optimization), increasing adoption, coverage and use of tool.

Manage testing calendar, weekly test status reports and monthly dashboard, communicating and sharing with key stakeholders across the company.

Partner with the Digital Insight Analysts to extract and interpret data from various tool (Maxymiser, OpinionLab, Adobe Analytics and Tealeaf) to help identify opportunities for optimization.

Bachelor's Degree

5 years' experience working in ecommerce

2 years' experience designing and managing A/B and multivariate tests

Familiar working with vendors and tools such as Maxymiser, OpinionLab, Adobe Analytics and Tealeaf

Project management experience a plus

Retail, hospitality or travel industry experience is desirable

HTML/CSS/JS knowledge desirable

Prior experience working with optimization and analytics platforms, particularly A/B and multivariate testing tools

Comfortable working with and interpreting data to develop actionable insights

Demonstrated ability working successfully with cross-functional, highly matrixed teams

Proven track record of creative and innovative thinking

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Attention to detail, time management and organization

Exceptional written and oral communication skills, specifically around communicating
