Shift Schedule Shift schedules vary and you may be required to work 40+ hours per week. Shift scheduling options might include part time shifts, day shifts and night shifts and may change without notice. Job Duration Integrity Staffing places qualified candidates to work on assignments at Innotrac Warehouses on a temporary basis. Assignments vary in length. There is no guarantee to the length of the assignment. Length of employment is based on client's business needs which can change. POSITION SUMMARY The primary responsibilities of a Driver in a fulfillment center are operating motorized equipment up to and including a stock picker, reach truck, pallet jack, dock stocker and turret truck. All driver positions at Innotrac require prior height intensive PIT experience. Applicants for driver positions should be prepared to have experience operating an order picker up to 40 feet in the air. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Ability to go to a location and pick, pull, put away, or replenish product using a stock picker, reach truck and/or pallet runner.
• Meet production standards and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Work overtime as deemed necessary by management.
• Assist in the daily sanitation of assigned area to insure an efficient, safe, hazard free production environment.
• Report any incident or situation which might cause accident or injury to self or others.
• Exhibit the daily commitment to quality and productivity.
• Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety and security.
• Flexibly adapt to changes in process and procedures.
• Flexibly work in various areas of the Fulfillment Center as volume demands including the prep, picking, packing, gift wrap, loading areas etc. as the business requires.

• Must adhere to facility requirements regarding the handling of specific products and the reporting of illness. This includes personal hygiene standards, such as frequent hand washing, the storage of lunches / personal items, food in the work area and the wearing of clothes that are free from soil contaminants and holes. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Walk to and from warehouse and office sites Stand for extended periods of time Occasionally required to sit for meetings and desk work Lift and/or move up to 35 pounds to aid operations Have good vision and hearing for verbal communication and forklift safety EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent; one to two years related experience and/or training in warehousing or distribution operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience. WORKING CONDITIONS Work is performed in a general warehouse environment on a concrete surface with adequate lighting. Temperatures can be very hot during the summer months and very cold during the winter months. Workspace can be very dusty and occasionally noisy due to traffic of motorized vehicles operating.
