Full Charge Bookkeeper

Responsibilities Include:
  • AP and vendor management
  • Sales/Use tax filings and payments in multiple states
  • Financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Annual and monthly closings, journal entries
  • Automate and manage a high volume of sales transactions
  • Year-end tax preparation and reporting
  • Invoice creation and delivery and customer support on accounting issues
  • Interaction with Sales & Operations regarding transactions and recurring processes
  • Budget preparation, implementation and review
  • Cash flow management and forecasting
  • Periodic financial and insurance audit responsibilities
  • special projects on an as needed basis

    Salary: $18-23/hour DOE
