  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; 5+ years related experience, 2+ years supervisory/management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff
  • Competencies include excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
  • Requires high level computer expertise, including use of internet, database, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications
  • Flexible, innovative and the ability to manage staff, responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Responsible for managing 15-20 retailers from a Business Development perspective
  • Develop relationships with these retailers, understand all aspects of their business and assist them with ideas, techniques and tips to drive more activations and more revenue from their activations 
  • Work with retailers to help improve certain attachment rates/metrics (churn, DVR, HD, CCA, Premium Customer, Connectivity, etc.)
  • Responsible for assisting the Account Manager team with ideas and initiatives to help grow business through the independent retailer channel
  • Builds and maintains positive business relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Continuously monitors and reports on performance and status of projects
  • Provides strong leadership, direction, communication, and support to retailers
  • Works closely with other managers and executives to support business objectives
  • Analysis of current retailer marketing results
  • Creation of marketing campaigns
  • Assisting retailers with co-op issues, questions, etc.
  • Encouraging retailers to utilize additional co-op funds
  • Developing marketing plans for retailers
  • Identifying areas of opportunity in various markets and creating campaigns to capitalize on these opportunities, identifying and testing new marketing approaches, etc.
