Time Warner Cable Media Sales currently seeks a Sales Support Supervisor for our sales office in Louisville, KY.

Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.
Essential Job Functions:

• Supervise, train and motivate sales support staff - Oversight of Sales Coordinators

• Supervise the performance of the sales support staff daily work flow items to ensure fulfillment and excellent customer service (both internal and external)

• Enforce all TWC company policies and procedures and look to establish and implement best practices from a procedural standpoint

• Lead cross-training initiative to continue expansion of “open-market” to ensure all sales support team members are competent in all disciplines (Zone, IC, Third Party, Digital, etc.)

• spearhead refinement of sales support on-boarding & training and have active involvement in assisting any member of the sales support staff team

• Oversee and assign duties to sales support staff and will serve as sales support liaison to management

• Ensure sales support staffs duties are covered at all times and assist in any enterprise or cross market selling initiatives/opportunities

• Contribute to the leadership team including weekly manager and staff meeting participation

• Ensure that sales support staff assists their assigned Account Executives with client relations including distribution of sales material and information, verbal communication with client as necessary or in the absence of the account executive, collection of payments and tapes

• Ensure that sales support staff create and maintain necessary reports including inventory and/or sponsorship tracking, available packages and current rate information

• Any other duties as assigned by management

Skills and Experiences:

• Previous administrative Supervisory experience preferred

• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office software. Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills required

• Ability to effectively communicate with peers, co-workers, key clients and superiors in written and verbal form;

• Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

• High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Sales Support role required.

• Must have ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Must have ability to work under deadlines.

• Pleasant and professional manner required.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

• Strong organizational skills required

• Valid driver’s license required.
