The CRM Segmentation manager is responsible for the list generation and execution and deployment of CRM Service Messaging and Voice of the Customer Campaigns. This includes Direct Mail, Email, SMS, Outbound calling (OBC), Inbound calling (IBC), and on device campaigns. The CRM Segmentation Manager will ensure that the customer selection and testing strategy aligns with each specific marketing project as well as with overall company strategy. He or she will also provide consultation and recommendations on how best to strategically improve each messaging project to deliver against the planned objectives.A successful candidate must be able to partner, engage and work well with various internal departments including Frontline and IT teams, other CRM teams, and Consumer Insights. This person customer-centric in his/her approach, has a strong knowledge of CRM tools/systems, and strong analytical skills. Responsibilities
  • Consult on campaign design and testing strategy
  • Identify and drive segmentation/eligibility requirements to meet campaign objective
  • Use various CRM tools to build and maintain campaign diagrams that select desired customer groups for each campaign across multi-channel campaigns (e.g. Email, SMS, Outbound calling (OBC), Inbound calling (IBC), on device, and Direct Mail direct marketing campaigns).
  • Develop campaigns in CRM tool: full build, segmentation, attach creative to treatment
  • Optimize with-in and across marketing campaign selections to maximize efficiencies
  • Conduct testing, QA, and deploy campaigns
  • Understand customer and transaction data to a level that enables you to convert Marketing Briefs into executable Direct Marketing segments.
  • Support team with processing manual database requests to meet ad-hoc or special data requirements for campaigns.
  • Team Subject Matter Expert for base CRM platform '' includes training and mentorship for new users and driving for changes, new functionality based on CRM needs.Perform UAT and production testing for new data (event, segmentation logic) and capabilities
  • Identify CRM tool capability requirements for on-going tool improvements


Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' work experience in CRM
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or IT
  • Understanding of Direct Marketing objectives and needs
  • Data management skills and understanding of customer/product/offer relationships in CRM systems
  • Experience with customer segmentation
  • Disciplined, analytical but creative thinker & problem solver
  • Strong attention to detail; strong ability to complete work under pressure on tight deadlines, logical thinking, curious, self-motivated
  • SQL experience for running queries preferred
  • Experience using CRM systems and tools (e.g. SAS, SAP, Chordiant, etc.) preferred
