Home Instead Senior Care has an immediate opening for a Full-Time (8am - 4:30pm) Staff Coordinator.


Primary responsibilities:

Schedule CAREGivers to satisfy client needs; update and revise as necessary.  Prepare various reports on Excel, assign shifts, monitor overtime, maintain CAREGiver availability and status.  Communicate daily and weekly to CAREGivers and clients with new and updated schedules.

The successful candidate must possess:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a health care or home care environment;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and be an organized multi-tasker;
  • A proactive approach to problem solving;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal and problem solving skills;
  • Intuitive knowledge of client and employee databases.
