Incumbent will meet and exceed monthly quota objectives by growing and retaining individual liable business within existing accounts. Responsible for coordinating with other business units, managing marketing initiatives, and participating in customer events to ensure successful execution within assigned accounts. Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.
  • Responsible for selling and supporting our individual liable business within a specified target account list to achieve specific metrics established for the channel. Utilize solution based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. Recommend wireless solutions with regard to price plans, data and other enhanced services, handsets and accessories
  • Coordinating with other business units the timelines and locations of customer events to drive successful results and participation at these venues
  • Continuously update knowledge of wireless products, services, general knowledge of industry trends and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace. Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings
  • Provide training for new customers, handle equipment issues, and enable a smooth transition to the Support team and reduce Churn
  • Fully utilize all sales force automation tools. Generate reports track and identify sales success for vendor fairs and Premiere Discount Programs
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate T-Mobile products and services

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work face to face with potential clients
  • 1+ Years Sales or customer service experience required
  • Ability to absorb large amounts of technical knowledge
  • Strong listening, communication and time management skills
  • Must have a valid Driver's license and satisfactory driving record and proof of insurance
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
