Scopos Hospitality Group is looking to fill a leadership position in the Lancaster County office for our fast growing firm.
Scopos Hospitality Group is a culinary design firm specializing in culinary environments for senior living, healthcare, higher education and B&I clients. Our firm works with Architects, Owners and Food Service Management companies to design and specify commercial kitchens, restaurants, bistros and many other food service environments. Also, firm is often responsible for the overall design concepts. In addition to selection and layout of equipment, we are often responsible for completed the overall interior design of spaces inclusive of all finish selections, lighting, custom millwork, furniture selections, etc...
The candidate must have good communication, presentation and leadership skills. You will be required to meet with prospects to market and sell the services of our firm. The position will require you to guide design staff to meet design challenges of our clients, as well as project schedules in addition to guiding our existing clients through the culinary design process.
The ideal candidate should have following qualifications:
* Possess a degree in Architecture, Interior or Culinary Design
* Food Service Design a plus
* Enthusiastic, creative, and willing to push design to alternate levels.
* Minimum of 7+ Years of proven experience
* Some Travel Required
* Excellent presentation skills and confident attitude
* Able to effectively work with clients to achieve desired goals
* Understand and handle multiple projects
* Knowledge of construction procedures and the overall design process
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, REVIT, AutoCad
* Understand and support procurement procedures for FF&E.
* Well versed in product and finish knowledge.
* Attention to detail
