American Airlines is seeking candidates for an AAdvantage Customer Service Representative to work at Fort Worth Headquarters. Comprehensive Benefit Package provided and airline travel privileges at an hourly rate of $11.20 USD
American Airlines offers many exciting career opportunities and a position within the Customer Insights and Loyalty (CI & L) Department is an excellent place to start. The AAdvantage Program generates a significant portion of the Company's revenue through mileage sales to our partners. The program offers members many ways to earn miles that may then be used for travel and other rewards. Helping AAdvantage members maintain their accounts and supporting the marketing efforts of the CI & L team are part of the routine duties of an AAdvantage Customer Service Representative.
It is essential for the ideal candidate to deliver the highest quality of customer service in each and every contact. During a four-week training course, new employees are taught the basics of the loyalty program. Once training is completed and several months after initial skills are mastered, successful Service Reps are invited to be trained in the more complex aspects of the AAdvantage Program.
Upon successful completion of a six-month probationary period, Service Reps receive a pay increase. Additionally, after one year of service is completed, Service Reps who are performing well will receive a promotional increase.
AAdvantage Customer Service (ACS) operates 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. ACS is closed on Company Holidays and weekends. Shift bids occur every three to four months and are based on tenure.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required
Must be able to attend an interview session within the next four (4) weeks if selected for an interview
Must be able to attend a full-time (9:00AM-5:30PM) four (4) week training class during the next four (4) months if selected for the position
Basic computer knowledge is required
Minimum typing skill of 35 WPM
Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
Ability to take ownership and demonstrate expertise of the AAdvantage product while providing an excellent customer experience
