JOB DESCRIPTION
We're currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator 2 for a contract opportunity in Alpharetta, GA. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading suppliers of a wide range of products, solutions and services in the field of energy technology.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
• Min 5-10 yrs experience with customer service, data entry and/or other related accounting areas. Proven ability to deal with customer concerns via telephone in a friendly and positive manner, to include listening to the nature of concern, demonstrated problem solving.
• Bachelor degree may be required.
• Perform all tasks to ensure that the customer is taken care of promptly and efficiently
• Evidence of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Recognized ability to work independently and as a member of a functioning team
• Solid working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook; ability to multi-task;
• Min 3-5 yrs experience with SAP order entry
• Knowledge of industry business and processes desired.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Prepare quotations for mining customers. Work within established guidelines for customer pricing.
• Process order entry for new orders and change orders for established mining customers.
• Work with mining procurement to initiate POs to other Siemens businesses and third party vendors.
• Provide open order status/reports to mining customers.
• Process invoices, including credit memos and cancellations.
• As required, help to resolve customer disputes regarding billing by working with the collections group, operations, sales and other Siemens stakeholders
