Lead Cook

Our Lead Cook acts as the Kitchen’s second-in-command. When the Kitchen Manager/Chef is not available, the Lead Cook runs the show—guiding the staff in their collective mission to craft inventive cuisine that goes way beyond your typical bowling alley fare. In addition to preparing our signature dishes, the Lead Cook is also responsible for overseeing the work of other cooks in our kitchen to ensure that our food is being prepped and presented according to Brunswick’s standards. Besides actually cooking, the Lead Cook also acts as an administrator—assuming some managerial functions like mentoring and training all kitchen staff, receiving food and supply orders, and consistently checking the calibration of cooking and refrigeration equipment.
