About this job

Job Purpose:

To deliver the desired client experience, including providing information regarding products and services offered to clients and performing services and other activities associated with client service, in an accurate and timely manner and according to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Execution and reinforcement of client service policies.
  • Attend weekly sales rallies.
  • Demonstrate superior client service skills while meeting Mighty standards 
  • Support professional image and trust; show respect for clients.
  • Assist with execution of marketing/client experience programs.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are executed to deliver the desired client experience to each and every client/prospective client.
  • Assist with maintaining proper cleanliness and stock levels.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including wearing proper safetywear, setting an example for others.
  • Investigate and resolve client complaints and warranties as needed.
  • Effectively maintain the Mighty image to achieve the desired client experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating andmaintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to speak effectively with clients and fellow associates.
  • Ability to perform math calculations.
  • Attend all training opportunities approved by the company to remain up to date on the Mighty Program as it evolves.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, it is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers, handle, or feel; stretch or reach with hands or arms; work in awkward positions; transfer oneself from one work level to another; and move materials from one height to another. It is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
