Maintenance Worker - Full-time / Part-time

Road Ranger, LLC. a Truck Stop Company, is seeking candidates for the position of: Maintenance

Performs daily maintenance at truck stops by performing the essential duties and responsibilities listed below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Responsible for store maintenance and appearance
• Responsible for cleaning showers and restrooms;
• Responsible for sweeping and mopping floors;
• Responsible for emptying trash and washing pumps;
• Responsible for cleaning and restocking windshield centers, pumps and trash cans;
• Responsible for sweeping lot and picking up trash from perimeter area;
• Responsible for appearance and cleanliness of sidewalks, entrance and windows;
• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining game room;
• Responsible for inspecting, cleaning interior and exterior lighting, and reporting outages to supervisor;
• Responsible for completing Road Ranger’s Travel Stop Maintenance Checklist; and,
• Responsible for performance of other duties as directed by the Store Manger

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to stand for approximately eight hours and lift up to forty pounds.
