Manpower is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Burlington, MA! Job Responsibilities: *Customer Services Representative is responsible for processing sales orders, responding, resolving complaints received from customers from various regions. *The rep will manage customer service activities within the Oracle and CKNet systems. *Process all sales orders and set up new accounts using Oracle inventory management system. This includes numerous line item ordering. *Ensure accuracy in pricing and order information, secure proper authorizations, maintain precise records, investigate sales order questions and help resolve shipping discrepancies *Provide professional, timely and accurate information to incoming customer calls regarding order status, product availability, and shipment details. This requires comprehensive company/product knowledge. *Process customer orders/changes and returns according to established department procedures. *Proactively contacts customer on order status. *Manages non-routine customer issues with the assistance of the department manager. *Once a direction is set the Customer Service Representative will take the lead to contact the customer. *Analyzes inventory system and detects problems, identifies possible solutions which are forwarded to supply chain manager. *Remains involved in implementing agreed solutions. *Partner with the sales team to provide customers with outstanding service and to meet and exceed customers expectations. This includes providing sales and other appropriate managers with information regarding potential new customers. *Maintains customers relationships through effective use of comprehensive company and product knowledge, seeks out customers needs and identifies existing channels within the organization to share and exploit new business opportunities. *Offers process step recommendations aimed at improving speed, increase productivity and sense and simplicity. *Approves replacement parts for customers requiring extensive knowledge of products and applications. *Coordinate with Supply Chain Management and Finance regarding order processing situations *Process Customer Return (RMA) *Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: *Bachelors degree required *Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service or supply chain. *MS Word, Excel and experience working with an ERP system - ORACLE/SAP preferred. *Experience working with high performance teams. *Strong customer orientation. *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. *Willingness to work in a demanding and rapidly changing environment *Strong analytical skills *Strong attention to detail *Displays initiative and always has the customers needs and best interest in mind. *Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
