Home Instead Senior Care is hiring an On-Call (After Hours) Supervisor. This position will split the on-call responsibilities with another Supervisor(s). On-call hours are 5pm - 8am Mon-Fri, and all day Sat-Sun for approximately two weeks per month (including some holidays).
The On-Call Supervisor will be responsible for addressing client and CAREGiver needs while on-call, as well as scheduling in the event of a shift call-off. Reliable transportation is needed as some light travel may be required for client to CAREGiver introductions and care consultations. Weekly attendance at Wednesday meetings from 10 am-11 am is encouraged. Pay typically ranges from $500-$800 per month, depending on how many days are worked.
This applicant needs to be compassionate, organized, patient, friendly, and a problem solver.
