Experis Finance (www.experis.com) is seeking local, accounting and finance professionals interested in working for our Fortune 1000 clients on consulting projects throughout the metro Denver, DTC and Broomfield areas.
PROJECT SCOPE: (Varies per project)
-Financial statement preparation, review and analysis; footnote disclosures; preparation of cash flow statements; consolidations
-Responsible for monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages
-SEC Reporting and technical accounting
-Knowledge of GAAP,IFRS, FASB, SOP's, etc.
-Experience working with large ERP and/or business intelligence systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, JDEdwards, etc)
QUALIFICATIONS:
-CPA, CMA, CGMA or other accounting/financial certifications preferred
-Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business/Economics
-Expert and hands-on user in financial analysis reporting applications; advanced Excel
-Minimum 4 years audit or compliance experience for staff roles; 8+ for others including a mix of public accounting and industry audit experience (Big 4, Tier II, or Fortune 500 experience a plus)
-Demonstrated problem resolution skills and the ability to work with cross functional teams at all levels
-Effective written and verbal communication skills, including thorough work paper documentation techniques
-Pass a background check
-Immediately eligible to work in the U.S.
