Develop and execute regional marketing plan to deliver against national marketing strategy and regional financial plan Develop strategy and execute plan for local advertising and sponsorship to increase store traffic Lead national strategy for assigned marketing area (Local Sponsorship, Activation/Street Teams, Local Sponsorships, Direct Marketing, Promotions, Social & Digital Media, Local Advertising) Partner with the sales teams to create specific locally relevant marketing and communications plans to deliver regional plan Provide feedback to corporate marketing team to help make offers locally relevant with the objective driving traffic, increase SOGA, increase revenue and brand health. Manage marketing priorities and balancing the national strategy with the localized tactics Have the ability to lead a detail oriented marketing plan from inception through execution Implement and share best practices across the Area and Regional footprints. Act as a business partner to the Area VP and field sales team in order to drive T-Mobile brand health in the region.Enterprise Core CompetenciesRequires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership. Essential Functions* Field Market Strategy & Implementation: Responsible for the strategy and execution of local advertising, sponsorships, events and dealer co-op initiatives that create sustainable consumer demand and deliver the annual financial plan.* Partners on Corporate Media Buy: Accountable for working with media agency buyers on corporately driven media buys. Makes decision on OOH media placement, Radio buys and drives locally executed value added media negotiations.* National Marketing Capability: Responsible for leading one marketing capability on a national basis. Capabilities include Direct Marketing, Ethnic Marketing, Event Marketing, Sponsorships, Social Media, Local Advertising & Promotions. Must develop strategy & implementation plan for respective capability nationally.* Regional Brand Health: Accountable for developing brand equities that lead to a well-developed purchase funnel. Focused on moving consumers from awareness to consideration and choice by understanding the regional brand equity profile and developing marketing programs to address any issues identified.* Partner with Area VP & regional sales directors in development and implementation of regional annual operating plan. Develop, execute and evolve regional marketing plans in support of this AOP. This includes but is not limited to partnering with the sales teams to create specific locally relevant marketing and communications plan. Provide feedback to corporate marketing team to help make offers locally relevant with the objective driving traffic, increase SOGA, increase revenue and brand health.

Minimum Required* Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing and/or sales experience with demonstrated ability in consultative selling and negotiation. * Experience in Brand Management desired, working at a consumer facing brand.* Solid understanding of integrated marketing principles resources and methods* A commitment to excellence with a positive and resilient attitude.* Experience working with senior management.* Exceptionally strong communications and presentation skills.* Collaborative work style well suited for a team-oriented environment. * Must have operational/executional experience in activating marketing plans. * Highly results-oriented and a motivated self-starter.EducationMinimum Required* Bachelors Degree.
