The Business Analysis Manager is responsible for business performance analysis, with focus on acquisition, customer loyalty & churn; including segmentation, profitability/CLV, promotion effectiveness and lift analysis. Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.
  • Responsible for conducting data mining, predictive modeling, applying advanced mathematical and statistical concepts to interpret results, identify correlations and make recommendations based on insights.
  • Comfortable working with vast datasets, and able to cultivate working knowledge of all available data sources.
  • Building Excel models, finding and proving the counter-intuitive insights that drive great business decisions and share them in clear concise communications.
  • Develop comprehensive models to aid in decision making and evaluation of initiatives
  • Construct executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise and decision-impacting manner.
  • Identify, and communicate risks in clear business and technical terms and provide clear messaging at a senior leadership and executive level in both planned and ad hoc scenarios.
  • Assist in planning, designing and implementing market tests by collaborating with other departments and conducting analytics


  • 3 + years analysis experience (data mining, mathematical/statistical modeling, and business case skills) in a corporate environment
  • Substantial experience translating research requests and/or business requirements into concise and useful reports and insights for presentation to executives, business partners, and more.
  • High-level proficiency using at least one of the following database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata) to answer business questions preferred
  • Must be proficient using MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicates with all levels of management.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors, MBA, or advanced degree preferred in Business, MIS, engineering, math, sciences, or a related field
