The Coordinator of Brand Marketing will assist the Embassy Suites by Hilton and DoubleTree by Hilton Brand Marketing teams in executing all marketing activities; this will include, but will not be limited to, Social Media, Advertising, Visual Identity, Public Relations, Promotions and Partnerships.

What will I be doing?


 


The Coordinator of Brand Marketing will coordinate meetings, agendas, gather action items and follow ups, and ensure all to-dos are listed and distributed in status documents for all Marketing meetings across external agencies and internal departments. The Team Member will arrange meeting logistics such as room reservations, invitations, printed materials, and food and beverage.


 


Other key priorities are listed below:

  • Create slides for presentations and respond to requests for various assets for Hilton Worldwide needs such as sales flyers, internal presentations and meeting materials

  • Prepare and send monthly and quarterly Brand Performance Support updates

  • Be the first line of response for hotel and Brand Performance Support inquiries on marketing programs including collateral reviews, design requests, logo creation, campaign questions, package information and more

  • Draft internal communications to hotel teams, the Brand Performance Support (BPS) organization and internal marketing to communicate marketing initiatives and any necessary actions required. This includes the monthly BPS brief, regular newsletter announcements and ad-hoc presentations and emails summarizing activity for internal stakeholders

  • Support the team with invoice processing and tracking

  • Responsible for the monthly data pull for direct response banner ads and management of Premium Suites online and sales campaign by tracking assets

  • Work with the agency to develop new creative assets and measure campaign performance

  • Coordinate logistics for marketing activations and events that the brand will produce (delivery of cookies, production and shipping of signage, inventories of collateral products)

  • Create and manage project timelines and trackers for marketing projects

  • Work with the social media agency and Digital Brand Marketing (DBM) Manager on monthly creation of social media calendar

  • Provide initial recommendations and feedback, as well as gather additional possible content inputs from Public Relations, Portfolio, HHonors and eCommerce

  • Manage contest and sweepstakes logistics including project management, legal consultation, creative execution and management of a metrics dashboard

  • Manage organization and structure of online toolkit

  • Work with the toolkit team to maintain intuitive, simple interface prioritized based on hotel needs

  • Make recommendations for new collateral items and manage creative development of those items with a third-party agency

  • Work with the toolkit support team on international and domestic templates and ordering instructions

  • Provide first line of support between Hotels, BPS and Toolkit support team

  • Liaise between the openings team and the agency for creation of new property logos and additional support as needed

  • Manage email vendor relationship, as well as review and approval for all hotel emails

  • Review all new hotel imagery as received and create and update a 'Best of' gallery on the server with our best property images; share out to all agencies and relevant internal departments

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree

  • Professional experience

  • Detail-oriented

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Account coordination or project management experience at an advertising agency or public relations firm

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite

  • Language skills advantageous
