As an IT professional you have expert knowledge in one or more programming languages or databases. The Sr. Developer has proficient knowledge of multiple programming languages along with the ability to take business requirements and develop the total technical design for an entire application to be run in production. The Sr. Developer has the ability to lay out requirements for the project team. Ability to guide and direct work on multiple projects and ensure proper usage as part of the design efforts in building a system to be put into production. Thorough understanding of life cycle development through production implementation and post implementation. The Sr. Developer has the ability to present at the various architecture review boards. Display strategic view of applications and how they fit into the whole retail space.

- The candidate will be involved in development and configuration of an implementation of SalesForce Service cloud. They will participate in the requirements gathering, design, and development of complex CRM implementations. They will be able to present ideas and solutions at peer reviews and development sessions. They will demonstrate that they are capable of ensuring the highest quality deliverables. They will be expected to assist team members in the day-to-day activities related to team project work.
- Take business requirements and develop the total technical design for assigned mid-sized projects and ensure proper usage as part of the design efforts in building a system to be put into production.
- Follow the established processes, policies, standards and procedures to assure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies and standards.
- Conduct appropriate test reviews on assigned projects as necessary. Present findings and offer solutions to management.

- BS Computer Science or related field.
