This position is responsible for defining and driving the eCommerce sales strategy and tactics for the Add-A-Line (AAL) purchase path and category within T-Mobile's online channel. This individual has accountability for making decisions on maintaining and improving the overall AAL customer experience, which will lead to increased conversion, orders, revenue and customer satisfaction. This individual will partner with internal eCommerce team members, along with Go to Market, Merchandising, Product Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, and Business Operations at the Sr. Manager and sometimes Director level to identify, define, and prioritize the web enhancements and initiatives in their category to ensure a high quality online product and customer experience and to drive incremental sales on the website.* Defining and driving the eCommerce sales strategy and tactics for the AAL purchase path (e.g. small- to large-sized web enhancements/features, A/B tests, content updates)* Data-driven decision making that directly impacts the AAL customer experience to drive incremental revenue/year.* Data analysis and reporting of web and eCommerce KPIs (e.g. funnel conversion, sales, customer satisfaction) to measure the effect of AAL changes, identify opportunities to inform the AAL product roadmap, and prioritize AAL initiatives.* Serving as business owner and subject matter expert of the AAL purchase path across the organization, for all initiatives that impact the AAL customer experience and its conversion.* Accountability for daily, weekly and monthly business performance monitoring and reporting for his/her category to Sr. Manager and Director level management* Routinely working with and presenting to Sr. Manager and Director level management

MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:* 7+ years eCommerce experience driving business/sales strategies for large websites* 5+ years digital product management/strategy experience for large brand name websites* 7+ years experience leveraging web analytics tools (e.g. SiteCatalyst)* Strong knowledge of web design/development concepts and processes and eCommerce industry best practices* Advanced user of Excel (modeling, pivot tables, graphing), Word, PowerPoint and Visio* Demonstrated experience in creative problem solving and strong analytical skills* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with presentation comfort/skill and experience* Demonstrated experience in developing business cases and business requirements* Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing marketing programs and promotions in an eCommerce environmentPREFERRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:* MBA* Intermediate to advanced knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, and XML*LI-B2B-SR1
