AlphaBEST Education is looking for Site Directors, Zone Leaders, and Teacher Aides for our new Before and After School Programs throughout Prince William County and Manassas City.
Hours are 5:45 - 9:00 and 3:00 - 6:30 (varies by location).
Site Directors are the leaders of their program. They are responsible for leading a small team and implementing creative activities to engage the students in their programs. Site Directors must have a minimum of a CDA.
Zone Leaders are what we call our teachers. Zone Leaders need prior experience working in child care. This can also include college experience.
Teacher Aides are people relatively new to the field who are looking to get a start.
