Retail Senior Sales Consultant, Print Services

Responsibilities: The Sr. Sales Consultant, Print Services is typically a full-time role and the person in this position will be responsible for engaging and providing an exceptional experience for customers requiringprint services. Quickly build ongoing customer relationships and become a trusted advisor by utilizing advanced selling skills and knowledge (including cross-selling of products and services) to meet customers' needs.

The person in this role demonstrates a passion for the brand, products, services and solutions offered to our customers. He/she will utilize Office Depot's proven sales principles to proactively engage customers to drive the sale of Print Services total solutions and properly assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction in every interaction.

The Sr. Sales Consultant,Print Services is responsible for completing all print orders correctly and within the quoted timeline, and assesses whether the Regional Print Facility should be utilized. The associate in this position will assist with the training of Print Services Sales Consultants and also provide cross functional training for other associates within the store. Additionally, the Sr. Sales Consultant, Print Services , will perform daily and weekly maintenance of thePrint area.

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent education and2 years experience
