Description: Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and Bradenton Operations Leadership Team. Role will also include tasks that may require individual to assist others in other campus buildings and plant; including plant floor personnel.

Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

* Assist with the preparation of materials for meetings and reports as requested.

* Compile data for reports including weekly and monthly scorecards, weekly overtime report, weekend on-call, Bradenton Operations organizational charts.

* Manage own monthly expense report as well as completion and filing of others' monthly expense reports including calculation of cell phone charges.

* Manage P-card and report reconciliation; including reallocation to other cost centers if necessary.

* Manage plant tour requests and coordination of requests as necessary.

* Manager Bradenton Events calendar, Plant Tour schedule, Bradenton Ops Vacation schedule.

* Coordinate employee recognition meetings including managing attendees, Outlook meeting invitation, room reservation, room setup, food/beverage, assistance with running the meeting, etc.

* Set up/coordinate meetings as requested (both on site and off site).

* Coordinate/set up food/beverage as requested for meetings.

* Manage plant VIP visits as per Plant Manager request.

* Coordinate travel reservations as requested.

* Order office supplies in SAP as requested.

* Process payment of invoices through SAP as necessary.

* Assist with emailing Unavailability Notices, and other plant operations only communications as requested.

* Coordinate and/or assist with plant or site based employee events as necessary.

* Work closely with Admin Assistant to Sr. Director, M&W Chilled Supply Chain as necessary.

* Complete company and/or plant required courses as necessary.

* Assume other responsibilities and perform special functions as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

* Willingness to learn the plant, its operations (i.e.: department areas and functions, StarfleeTPM/Lean Six Sigma/Natural Work Teams, etc.), and people to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, AA Degree Preferred 3-5 years of administrative experience with preferred 1-2 plus years in a manufacturing environment.

Skill/Knowledge Requirements:

* Demonstrate high degree of competence with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

* Functional expertise with broad administrative support areas.

* Professional level of interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of management and personnel.

* Must possess a high level of organization, planning and analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks/diverse duties while determining appropriate priorities for their completion.

* Able to work independently, without close supervision, to expedite and follow up on requests and assigned projects.

* Able to exercise good judgment, discretion and maintain confidentiality.

* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain composed in high pressure situations

* Prefer familiarity with SAP or similar business systems
