The Registered Nurse assumes
responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process
and the delivery of patient care in the Emergency Department. Coordinates patient care with other
disciplines. Follows established
protocols, policies and procedures for emergency situations.
Education Associates or BS in nursing.
Exp erience One year clinical experience
Critical care experience preferred
Special Requirements: Current AL RN license
ACLS, PALS required.
Certification Emergency Nursing - (CEN) preferred.
