Job Summary:
Ensure positive experience for our internal/external customers by maintaining the integrity of store operating procedures. This position is a predominantly a task oriented/driven position and requires a high level of effective time management skills, organization, ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory –(i.e., conducts counts and orders, maintains, receives, returns, tracks and secures equipment and supplies)
- Perform operational tasks to maintain audit-ready status in store at all times
- Prepare bank deposits, point of sale paperwork/recordkeeping, balance Cash/Payment Machine (Kiosk)
- Prepares and keeps records of all documentation related to store operations including financial reporting, and documentation of coaching/corrective action/Process Improv and opportunities for leadership follow up
- Ensure compliance with safety and security requirements of the store
- Adhere to the store plan-o-gram, manages store resets and upholds merchandising standards
- Maintains constant awareness of all operational policy and procedure changes, and communicates changes to store employees through proper communication channels
Experience/Education/Qualifications:
- Minimum of six months retail operations, cash handling or customer service experience required
- High school diploma or general education degree required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in PC skills with a focus on Excel, including, but not limited to reporting
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and time management skills
- Ability to lift 35 lbs.
- Must be able to work flexible evening and weekend hours. Must be available for occasional overtime.
- Valid driver’s license
