About this job
A growing company in the Reading area is seeking customer service representatives to join its team.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: -
- Receiving inbound customer services call relating to pest control
- Make quality assurance and warranty calls
- Make credit card expiration date calls
- Perform general clerical duties when assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma
Previous customer service experience required
Previous experience working in a call center environment is a plus
Previous data entry experience is a plus
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to type and multitask while on the phone.
