This Administrative Assistant 4 position will support the Investor Services and Performance Management team within Wells Fargo Home Lending Servicing.

This position will perform moderately complex to complex administrative tasks for a manager, department, and/or business unit.

Duties include:

- Compiling information and preparing moderately complex reports using appropriate software.

- Balancing routine general ledger lines and/or expense accounts.

- Assisting with personnel/payroll processing and record keeping.

- Assisting, screening and/or selectively referring callers.

- Answering questions regarding business unit policies and procedures.

- May work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs.

- May be responsible for providing support to the business line staff in the areas of reporting, customer/business documentation, sales and service goals.

- May monitor and assist with forecasting monthly budget.

- Performing special projects as requested.

- Managing calendars for manager(s).

- Arranging travel for managers, staff, and visitors.

- Assisting with expense reports.

- Proven ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.

3+ years administrative support experience. - 3+ years of direct administrative assistant experience, including exposure to confidential and sensitive information.

- Superb communication and customer service skills.

- Demonstrated attention to detail.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Demonstrated ability to support managers through proactively managing their schedules and email inbox.

- Experience in drafting meeting agenda's and taking meeting minutes.

- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, and MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

- Experience supporting multiple managers.

- Experience with booking travel arrangements.

- Experience working with On-boarding/Off-boarding of staff.

- Experience managing expense reports.

This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.

- Previous experience supporting a Senior Vice President within a large, highly complex financial services organization.

- Experience supporting off-site staff.

- Experience using VISIO.

- Experience managing a SharePoint site.

- Familiar with systems such as Concur, Staff Management, SR and SMS Requests,and Learning Center.
