Job Summary: Greeting all guest of Starbucks with a warn friendly greeting, using the 5-10 rule. Must be able to model the F.O.C.U.S. Behaviors and utilize all five Service Behavior Standards. Must be able to accurately settle all guest check to the appropriate tender using our point of sale system and keep over/shorts to a minimum.

QUALIFICATIONS: Cashiering experience preferred. Great guest relations necessary.

Job Description:

Ability to continuously stand and maneuver in confined area.

Ability to clean and stock areas adhering to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Ability to acknowledge, greet and converse in English with customers.

Respond to visual and oral signals.

Address concerns and questions.

Ability to frequently push or pull 40 lbs.

Ability to frequently lift 30 lbs.

Ability to continually stand entire shift.

Ability to work in hot or cold environment.

Physical dexterity to prepare food for service, pour nonalcoholic beverages, use of cash register.

Ability to give friendly, excellent service.

Ability to tolerate area's containing secondary smoke.

Ability to process cash transactions accurately.

Previous experience preferred.

Physical & Mental Demands:

Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. for a distance of up to fifty yards.
