Cook - Full-time / Part-time

The responsibility of the Cook is to prepare, cook and finish a variety of menu items following established guidelines and recipes according to departmental policies and procedures . The cook will work independently as well as part of the Food & Nutrition team to prepare meals for patient and retail services. Knowledge of special diet requirements and high standards of sanitation are required, as is previous experience with food preparation and handling.

Min Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required. Must have ability to make accurate measurements, follow written recipes and verbal instructions. The position requires long periods of standing and/or walking and lifting up to 25 lbs.
