LPN / LVN Per Diem, Urgent Care
Clinical duties within scope of practice: patient care; triage; vital signs; splinting; PPD; injections.
Assists physician with exams; administer oxygen; EKG; pulse; peak flow; in-house lab testing.
Front desk duties to include patient registration and collecting co-pays
Education and/or Experience
Graduate of an approved school of nursing
Current LVN/LPN license for the state of practise.
At least 2 years' experience in a medical setting preferably urgent care center or emergency department
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of EMR, DocuTap, MS Office proficiency in Excel and Word
