About this job

Uses IMMS computer based inventory system to input receipts and issues. Receives items from vendors/suppliers, compares packing slips against purchase order to verify shipment for accuracy and completeness. Inspects for, and documents shipping damage/defects and delivers item to designated department. Processes requests for in-stock supplies. Required Training/Education/Experience/Certification:

(1) High school diploma or equivalent

(2) One year previous warehousing experience

(3) Previous experience in materials/warehousing. Knowledge of basic computer/typing skills necessary (IMMS perpetual inventory is on-the-job training), be able to follow instructions, work quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment

(4) Must be organized and neat

(5) Able to lift and carry occasionally up to 50 pounds
