Duties

Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager and/or Materials & Store Supervisor, the Warehouse Worker's responsibilities include:

Prepare orders, pulling and accurately matching various completed scratcher ticket orders to shipping invoices. Maintain a clean and fully stocked work station. Unload, receive and store Lottery Scratchers tickets, point-of-sale items and other products from a variety of sources. Operate motorized material handling equipment including forklift and other vehicles, and perform other job-related duties as required. Process ticket returns from District warehouses and retailers and adjust inventory status in the G-Tech Enterprise system, distribute processed ticket packs to proper locations.

Desirable Qualifications

Competitive applicants applying for this position should:

Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Be able to work in and environment that requires the incumbent be free from sensitivity to normal warehouse conditions including heat, cold, dust and/or other debris.

Have knowledge of methods of taking inventories and maintaining inventory records.

Bilingual skills are desirable but not required.

Candidates eligible for Post & Bid include employees who have permanent full-time status as a Warehouse Worker,and who possess the required skills and abilities.
