OnView Security Services, Inc. is currently seeking highly motivated and reliable candidates who are willing to learn and gain valuable life experience. We have full-time and part-time Stationary & Patrol positions available in SAN JOSE, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, FREMONT, HAYWARD, SAN LEANDRO, OAKLAND, and the EAST BAY. We provide guard card training course, required and regulated by B.S.I.S. regulations, to certify you as a security officer in our industry. We also provide our staff with additional safety training courses necessary to becoming a successful Security Officer, Alarm Response Agent, and Private Patrol Officer.
All candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Must have a reliable source of transportation
- Must posses a valid California Drivers License and a clean DMV record
- Must posses proof of automobile insurance required by law
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must pass our pre-employment screening criminal history background check
- Must pass our pre-employment screening drug test
- Must have a reliable source of communication and be available on short notice
Desired qualifications and skills:
- Prior Security Experience
- Posses a current valid security guard card issued by B.S.I.S.
- Posses current certified Permit/licenses to carry Pepper Spray, Baton, & Taser - Experience in sales or customer services
- Maintain a professional appearance and command presence
- Maintain a calm and professional composure when dealing with stressful situations
- Posses good written communication skills
- Posses good interpersonal skills and be able to interact effectively at various social levels and diverse environments.
