Coordinator Digital Media needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Silver Springs, MD.


Top Skills You Should Possess:



    - Experience in programming, publishing, scheduling and / or online apps preferred
    - Coordinate activities relating to the scheduling of content for OnDemand platforms
    - Processing metadata and publishing tasks across digital media platforms
    - Experience tracking and analyzing traffic trends through internal traffic database

What You'll Be Doing:



    - Help track linear network schedule changes.
    - Input and maintain daily updates into programming schedules in Excel, or other future Scheduling Tools
    - Disseminate daily schedule changes to the working group
    - Assist in culling together and provide lists of titles to be checked in Rights Logic tracking system or with the Rights Analyst for strategic scheduling on OnDemand platforms
    - Track start dates of new seasons/series as well as finale dates via master schedules in Excel or within a Content Management system
    - Monitor artwork requests, track processing of outstanding artwork from the internal Agency and possibly upload to BOX accounts for OnDemand use
    - Gather information on series/season descriptions for shows, with keen sense of consumer facing metadata
    - Publish videos using web-based CMS (or other system based tools) and add video to a pre-determined taxonomy
    - Check cue points and ensure that ad breaks are in appropriate places and are appropriate length
    - Approve and/or replace video stills
    - Enter programming rights details in external tools / systems in case programming is replaced with other rights cleared content
    - Work very closely with online editorial teams and help operationally with programming stunts through creation of metadata, updates key programmatic dates, descriptions, tagging
    - Engage with 24 / 7 publishing support and help manage errors through to a resolution
    - Track and analyze traffic trends through internal traffic database
    - Assist with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Table:



    - Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and have the capacity to learn new databases and systems quickly
    - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
    - Strong communication skills and ability to work closely across different internal departments Professional demeanor, strong phone skills, customer / people-oriented with high energy
