Job Description:
Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing industrial machines. Lead's other workers in the department by assigning work and insuring task are being complete.
Job Duties May Include, but are not limited to:
Must be able to train, supervise and work for 1st shift sanitation workers. Insure all GMP's and safety rules being followed. Must able to count for inventory of cleaning supplies. Communicate with production management on change overs. Keep Sanitation manager of shift details. Other task assigned by management
-Comply with all good manufacturing practices
-Comply with all plant sanitation and safety rules and procedures throughout the kitchen including walk-in areas.
-Maintain daily production output
-Ensure the product specifications etc. Are maintained to comply with quality and consistency of the manufacturing process.
-Carry out the routine duties and responsibilities of the production line.
-Minimum formal education, experience and training:
-Large volume kitchen environment.
-Utilize minimal employees to meet or exceed production goals
-Plan, direct and coordinates day to day production and sanitation activities
-Started chemical inventory in order to identify day to day expenses
-Review expenses for supplies, staffing and production orders
-Ordered supplies and chemicals for sanitation
-Conferred with management and production personnel on sanitation issues, and recommends changes in to improve sanitation standards and purity of product.
-Communicate schedule and ensure completion of required work
-Created full sanitation department including; hiring, training, chemical representative/chemicals and created all legal and cleaning documents for sanitation department
-Determine
-Create SSOP s for all equipment needed
-Created recycling program to increase plant revenue and promote going green
-Revised waste contracts to cut spending by 60%
