Product Engineer

I have a great opportunity available with a fortune 500 company headquartered here in Atlanta. We are seeking Product Development Engineers who will help out on a new product development project for at least 6 months. Experience with consumer products is required.

This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience that is transferable to many companies and industries. You will be responsible for cradle to grave product development with commercial products for hair care such as brushes. We need someone who has done true Product Development from the early stages to the manufacturing.

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering - Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of product engineering / project engineering experience.
- 1+ years of design engineering experience using CAD (ProE preferred).
- 2+ years of consumer products experience or plastics, injection molded products.
- Proven track record of leading and executing projects for durable consumer goods (on-time, on-cost, on-budget, on-specification).
- Experience with DFMEA and developing test to support design validation.
- Experience leading projects with domestic and Asian suppliers.
