Responsible for plumbing repairs, tile work, and performing minor repair maintenance to the interior/exterior of stores, such as filling cement holes, repairing doors and shelves. Performs all work with adherence to preventive maintenance procedures and fire and safety standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs, under general supervision, a variety of tasks requiring a thorough knowledge of fabrication/processing techniques, materials, tools, machines, and equipment relative to area of specialization. New store or team member setups. Works from engineering drawings, rough sketches, manuals. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have 6 months plumbing experience; carpentry experience a plus. A high school diploma or GED required. Must provide own transportation and be able to walk, stand, stoop, bend and stretch. Frequent lifting is required.
