The License Trainer is responsible for providing direct supervision to license trainees. This position will validate the license trainee's current Trainee Card status. This position will track all supervised hours per Labor and Industry state requirements. This position will prepare the required WA State documents for the trainee's eligibility to take the WA State license test.

Responsible for supervising License Trainees to result in WA State Labor & Industry testing eligibility.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

* Directly supervise all job functions of assigned License Trainees

* Maintain current WA State Labor and Industry 01, 07B, 07D or 07E License

* Maintain Training Hours Log for license trainees of all supervised hours per state requirements

* Meet with regulatory board members and/or licensing authoriities as required

* Maintain state registration requirements with regulatory authoriiteis as applicable

* Provide Sears copies of all correspondence between any regulatory agency and themselves that involve Sears

* Performs other duties as assigned

Education Requirements: HS Graduate or Equivalent

Years of Related Experience: 1-2 Years

Job Requirements:

* Must have current WA State Labor and Industry 01, 07B, 07D, 07E License

* Knowledge of basic electrical principles

* Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime

* Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance

* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse workgroups

* Ability to read, write, and speak English

* Ability to maintain a professional appearance according to the Company dress code

* Ability to apply appropriate use of personal protective equipment (i.e., back belt, safety glasses)

* Ability to avoid accidents by recognizing potentially unsafe situations, and responding appropriately when accidents occur

* Ability to follow appropriate industry specific regulations related to the handling of hazardous materials

* Ability to maintain the highest level of service standards and work with management in Technician development

* Ability to accept responsibility for work assignments, and to be held accountable for successful completion

* Must have good communication, training and customer presentation skills

* Ability to pass the pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driver's license check

* Willing to submit to random drug testing, per Company policy
