Summary:

The Retail Counter Manager’s primary objective is to manage the day to day operations of a specific Brand while coaching, developing, and motivating a team of consultants who together will maximize the sales of the Brand they represent. They are responsible for ensuring the counter goal is met with the Brand’s image and requirements are upheld. They inspire their team to provide superior customer service at all times. This is a non-exempt position which reports to the Operations Manager.

Essential Functions:

· Create and maintain an atmosphere geared to achieving sales and profit goals. Determine sales goals and communicate results.

· Control all store expenses within budget guidelines. Manage cash loss prevention procedures and established security policies.

· Ensure staff delivers consistent, excellent customer service in accordance with standards. Resolve customer issues and requests in an efficient and quick manner.

· Maintain appropriate inventory levels and complete physical inventory, as required.

· Execute new launch displays and collateral placements. Follow and implement all corporate visual presentation standards and guidelines.

· Assists with scheduling.

· Maintain a cohesive cooperative work environment through team building and motivation.
