Job Requirements
* Demonstrated success as a manager or supervisor in the theatre, retail, hospitality, or restaurant industries
* Strong leadership abilities, including forte for employee training/development
* Ability to foster an environment of team work
* Supervisory experience in a high volume movie theatre, retail or hospitality environment a plus.
* Commitment to excellence in guest service and building guest and community relationships
* Passion for and commitment to the theater industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in a high volume environment
* Excellent analytical, planning/organizational, and problem solving skills
* Proven ability to consistently deliver key results with minimal supervision
* Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
