As the Delivery Practices Change Management Leader, you will be responsible for managing key components within the Enterprise Delivery Practice organizations mission in establishing and supporting lean methodologies that bring higher quality and efficiencies to healthcare's bottom line. The candidate will be accountable for managing the communications and deployment of methodology standards using focused communications, training, and collaborative engagement and change management techniques while managing a team of highly-skilled IT professionals who have advanced, detailed knowledge of agile, waterfall and other related topics. If you have previous experience in leading the change that accompanies methodology deployment and rollout adoption, this position will allow you to grow personally and professionally as well as make a real difference in health care.


 


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Be the Change Agent and Lead for Enterprise Delivery Practices, establish and execute the Change Management Strategy that will drive the cultural change needed for agility transformation
  • Provide Change Management leadership and direction throughout the enterprise; across business and IT communities
  • Develop, support and execute organization readiness and design activities, as needed
  • Manage high performing team; develop, coach, and mentor team members to advance their skills and career
  • Actively contribute to the company's Change Management Community through leadership and/or participation in internal and enterprise-wide Communities of Practice and Forums
  • Ensure our services are well defined and intake processes are in place for these services: ie: Agile Maturity Assessment, Scrum Masters for Projects
  • Ensure relevant metrics are defined and captured to demonstrate transformational change
  • Drive and execute communication strategies to bring awareness of change and to drive the cultural change
  • Drive and support training strategies, plans and execution to support change. i.e.: training curriculum, agile certification

  • Proactive: Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree or higher 
  • 5+ years of Change Management and Project or Program delivery experience within IT
  • 5+ years of leading/managing people, matrixed and/or direct line
  • 5+ years of experience in leading enterprise-wide change efforts, preferably experience within IT delivery methods (ex: waterfall, agile) 
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenge  

 


 


 


Assets:



  • Agile certification or designation 
  • Project experience using agile methodologies
  • Health care experience
  • An understanding of delivery team mindsets, issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with common delivery, agile and engineering practices
  • Participation in change management communities
  • Graduate Degree
