Global Provider Issue Resolution Manager - Telecommute

This position will be responsible for the relationship with our domestic vendors supporting Provider Network Service Operations' PIR. This manager will be responsible for the entire performance for these vendors. This includes yet not limited to managing the budget of a business or part of a business unit. Manage daily operations include both productivity and quality performance and will include day to day site operations, management leadership internal and external to organization, accountable for financial and non-financial results (budgets and actuals). Project management and implementation, staff management.

Positions in this function include those responsible for management and administration of multiple functions, or management of general business operations. Manage daily operations of multiple levels of staff and multiple functions/departments across one or more business units. May include day to day site operations, management leadership internal and external to organization, accountable for financial and non-financial results (budgets and actuals) and project management and implementation, staff management.

• Create and build vendor alignment and relationships


• Manage the relationship with OGS from an organizational perspective


• Oversee daily operations related to meeting the stated performance metrics and objectives for global PIR teams and vendors


• Oversee daily operations for the PNSO support teams that include both global and domestic resources


• Liaison between the domestic and global teams in various lines of business, including UNET, UNE, URV/NHP


• Collaborate with various teams on budgeting and forecasting, etc.

• BS/BA in business or equivalent experience


• Demonstrated process improvement


• Interpersonal skills to influence and spur cultural change, facilitating and enhancing performance within a cross-functional environment


• Experience with modeling exercises, interpreting and communicating operating information


• Strong, independent decision-making ability and negotiation skills


• Exceptional communication, presentation, problem-solving and analytical skills
