Occasional Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

Basic housekeeping needed. Vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, washing floors and counter tops, polishing furniture and washing mirrors. Some laundry on occasion. The hours would be as needed, no specific time, day or date. Shampoo the carpets at spring and fall cleaning times. We have a carpet shampooer. Windows washed on occasion. We would like every few weeks a good cleaning and after 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, New Years and St Patrick's Day. The Mondays after those holiday's.
