We are looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to join our team.
Mission
Inside Sales Consultants are responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the company through customizing the design of each customer's solar system to meet that customer's unique needs. The key to success is the ability to present our outstanding product with passion, confidence and persistence.
Essential Job Functions
* Make outbound calls into target markets such as California and others as they open
* Conduct 5 - 6 Phone Solar Consultations per day
* Consistently achieve monthly sales quota
* Confidently build trust and rapport with prospective customers
* Conduct accurate needs assessments and corresponding analysis
* Engineer compelling energy solutions that Save Energy, Save the Environment and Save Money
* Deliver outstanding presentations that create a high sense of urgency to act now
* Resolve concerns and eliminate obstacles to going solar
* Follow-up on sales pipeline and post-sale logistics
* Generate business through self-generation activities, such as networking and referrals
* Communicate and share best practices

Required Experience
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Contact Center experience preferred
* Telesales experience as a successful first-call closer preferred
* Renewable energy sales experience preferred
* Proven ability to build business thru referrals and self-generated leads preferred
* Comfort and confidence in the sale of financial and/or professional services preferred
* Previous solar sales experience or solar education preferred
