A Warehouse Associate for CSL Plasma physically move plasma and equipment through the Receiving, Storage, Release, Packing and Shipping processes in the PLC. This position is responsible for strict compliance with all applicable regulations and procedures due to the regulated environment for handling plasma products.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Routinely lift and carry material weighing up to 50 pounds in a refrigerated environment. Tasks involve pushing, pulling, lifting, and bending to move equipment and products.

Interface with different computer systems to receive, store, and ship products using barcode scanners.

Load and off-load transport trailers with plasma and supplies, store and retrieve pallets from freezer, refrigerator, and dry storage. Tasks involve the operation of industrial fork trucks and other powered equipment in an environment with temperatures as low as -34 Celsius.

Identify and report errors, procedure exceptions, safety hazards and other conditions that could interfere with productivity, safety or quality.

Perform various activities as directed by supervision involving verification, counting, and movement of products in the freezer, refrigerator and dry storage.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED required. Must be able to read and do simple math.

One to three (1-3) years warehousing experience, previous fork truck certification, and experience in handling bio-hazardous material preferred. Must have current, valid driver's license and clear motor vehicle background screens.

Computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Windows applications. Demonstrated integrity, accuracy, and ability to work in small work-teams with minimal supervision. Must maintain fork truck certification as required by OSHA.
