Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a bartender required (upscale/fine-dining preferred)
- Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus and classic cocktail preparation
- Ability to prepare hand-crafted cocktail orders in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication with coworkers
- Possess organizational and time management skills
- Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time
- Enjoy working with a team who takes pride in food/beverage creation and has fun all the while creating the ultimate guest experience
